It is important to note that this service provided by Liverpool Vet Nurse, is provided by a Registered Veterinary Nurse, Kayleigh Simpson, RCVS number 7033283. This service is a non-clinical service following the RCVS code of conduct. This will not replace your necessary and important pet care at your usual Veterinary Practice. All medical enquiries must be dealt with at your Veterinary Practice. As a Registered Veterinary Nurse I am able to Observe, Educate and Support. I am unable to Diagnose or Prescribe, this remains with your Veterinary Surgeon. 

Following the RCVS code of conduct as an RVN we are expected to; 

• Work within our limits of competence
• Ensure animal welfare is a top priority
• Not mislead clients about our role
• Be covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance, even when working independently
• Always make clear that we are not diagnosing or prescribing
